As a consequence of globalization it became imperative for the Federation to upgrade its knowledge base and activities and be in tune with the changing times. To achieve these goals FOSMI formed an Advisory Board comprising of eminent personnel from Industry, Academia and Government besides FOSMI Office Bearers, some Past Presidents and Secretary of FOSMI under the Chairmanship of Shri Aloke Mookherjea, Chairman, Howden Solyvent India Ltd.
